Static load test around the pole, tensile force 2206N to make the rope stretch for 5mm, if there is no break then it’s in good conditions. Then make the hanging belts impact test-the weight of 80kg free fall test, if no break occurs, the seat belt batch has passed the test. The safety rope must be replaced for the sample belt that has gone through the test.

6, High use frequency rope should always be visually inspected and if found abnormal conditions, should be immediately replaced with new ropes. Seatbelt service life is usually 3 to 5 years.
