In hot weather, a lot of accidents could happen, it is the same with truck-mounted lift, unlike the mobile cars, the driver stays in an sealed space where the air conditioner could be used, worker on an truck-mounted lift is exposed to the sun, besides this, the excessive use of aerial lift will lead to cylinder rupture, the progress is like this: water will leak into the crankcase, the crankcase oil level becomes too high to make, and may drain out from the exhaust pipe.
A cylinder rupture leads to many bad results, so how to prevent cylinder rupture from happening, here are the tips: when the engine temperature is too high, add cooling water after the engine is started is wrong, the engine temperature must be reduced first so as not to crack the cylinder; in cold weather conditions, you shall let out all the cooling water, best start heating water before you start the car; if the car is parked for a longer time, you can start the truck-mounted crane from time to time, this could make sure there is a certain temperature to keep the engine instead of having ice created, no use of blowtorch or open flame grilled directly on truck-mounted lift, while the cooling water used to clean. When the engine is starting to make abnormal sound, make diagnosis of exclusion timely, or you will have the problem of sudden block of anti exhaust pipe.
