How to choose filter for scissor lift hydraulic cylinders

Hydraulic cylinders is the advanced design for scissor lift, and the filter should be selected very carefully, not knowing about it is not a problem for the new lifting machines, but in the long run you might want to replace the parts with new ones, so how to choose filter for scissor lift hydraulic cylinders is very useful.

Filter for scissor lift selection should consider the following aspects:
(1) Large oil flow capacity, less pressure loss, the acceptable oil filter capacity should be 2 times of the actual flow, or at least greater than the maximum flow of the pipeline.
(2) Filtration effect should meet the design requirements; the hydraulic system pressure is generally different for various filtration precision requirements: the higher the system pressure, the smaller the gap between the requirements of hydraulic components, the precision filtration standard is higher, filtration precision and hydraulic systems pressure value change is as follows:

When the pressure is below 7 Mpa, the filtration degree is at 25-50; oil pressure is higher than 7 Mpa, the filtration degree is smaller than 25; when the oil pressure is above 35Mpa, the filtration degree is below 10.


(3) Filter should have sufficient hardness, the actual pressure of the filter should be less than the sample given operating pressure.
(4) Filter should have high level of corrosion resistance, and the ability to work long time in the specified temperature.
