Hydraulic source system of truck scissor lifts platform

The working medium of truck scissor lifts hydraulic system is supplied by hydraulic source system; the central part of it is the pump. Hydraulic oil is supplied by throttle operating system with a dosing pump, if there is no auxiliary oil source, oil supply should be larger than the amount needed, extra oil is released from the relief valve to the oil tank, relief valve has the ability to control and keep the oil pressure steady. Volume control system uses variable pump to supply oil and limit the pressure with safety valve.


With the purpose of improving the fuel efficiency of truck scissor lifts platform, supply of the pump need to match the rated oil amount of the system. As there are circumstances like the oil amount changes greatly sometimes in different working stages, use more pumps or variable pump is the right choice. If the oil supply amount is going to stay at a low level, accumulator could be used as the auxiliary oil source.

Oil purify device is also needed in the truck scissor lifts platform design: crude oil filter is set at the entrance of the pump, the hydraulic oil will go through different refined oil filter to be purified again to meet the standard according to the protected components, heating and cooling devices could be used according to the requirements of the system.
