Rough terrain scissor lifts-hydraulic system

Rough terrain scissor lift is a kind of aerial platforms, there’re 4 types: telescopic boom, folding boom, vertical lift, and hybrid scissor lift, the hydraulic design is consisted of upper and lower part.
Upper hydraulic part: Luffing system, telescopic systems and rotary systems. Some of the rough terrain scissor lift includes: working bucket leveling system, hoisting system, swing system.
Lower hydraulic part means the outrigger hydraulic system.

Loop system:

Rough terrain scissor lift features: at present, China aerial vehicle hydraulic system mostly adopts quantitative system of the open cycle circuit. There’re series system with a single pump, double pump double-loop system and multi-pump multi-loop system. Single pump is used on small aerial platforms, double pump is used on middle sized aerial platform, multi pump is used on large aerial platforms.

Control mode:

Small aerial platform uses manual valve control, middle sized aerial platform uses manual pilot valve control or solenoid control, large aerial platform uses complex electro-hydraulic proportional valve control. Supporting use of complex electro-hydraulic proportional valve and electrical control, you can achieve continuous control and remote control.
Safety and working performance:

The using frequency of rough terrain scissor lift is not as high as other construction machineries, and it doesn’t require heavy load capacity, the safety factor is the most important aspect in the manufacturing.
