Scissor lift machines hydraulic transmission features

Scissor lift machines of GTJ series models is designed to have folding arm structure, hydraulic drive unit and 360-degree rotation design. In addition to the aerial institutions, GTJ Series models are consisted of the car chassis (short stop) and aerial devices (referred to the vehicle) two parts. Chassis part is used to transfer the whole device workplaces, when the aerial support for the car to maintain the stability of the whole scissor lift machine. Aerial work platform mainly consists of hoisting, luffing, slewing boom telescopic and other institutions, luffing and slewing mechanism institutions are part of the aerial institution, these parts are driven by a hydraulic system have to meet the operational requirements.


Hydraulic system components are classified by the type: dynamic components, actuators and auxiliary components. In the hydraulic system design, the main part of hydraulic circuit include hoisting mechanism, luffing mechanism, slewing mechanism, crane outrigger retractable telescopic mechanism and other parts, in which the lifting mechanism and slewing mechanism are driven by a hydraulic motor, telescopic boom luffing jib institution is controlled by a hydraulic cylinder, mainly in the design of the hydraulic design of these two parts, and the legs are used to support machine and keeping the scissor lift machine’s balance.
